Design and conduct short-duration courses and qualifying certification exams, organize seminars/workshops/lunches and dinners talks, by itself or jointly with other similar or academic organizations, giving emphasis to their practical side, with the objective of:

• On one hand, enabling financial and insurance practitioners and other agents to enhance their professional performance; and

• On the other, maximizing the potential development of up-and-coming youngsters to start a fascinating career in financial, insurance and risk management.
